'Smores Cupcake Entry #4
The cupcakes turned out wonderfully! I made a chocolate cupcake with a marshmallow butter cream. For the butter cream I combined the butter and the marshmallow fluff until smooth and fluffy. I then added confectioners sugar (powdered sugar) until I got the desired consistency. The taste was wonderful! It tasted just like a marshmallow. I brought them to my ultimate frisbee game and everybody loved them. This will definitely be a cupcake that I make again!
